KEAM 2018 Kerala Engineering,Agriculture & Medical (KEAM) is a popular entrance exam for admission into various under graduate programmes in Engineering, Medical,Agriculture,Veternary/Fisheries etc in Keral state.It has also called "Kerala CEE" exam conducted by Kerala CEE(Commissioner for Entrance Examinations) and KEAM 2018 Notofication will be given in the month of  January 2018 for the academic  year 2018-2019.Online Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are looking for these courses must registered through "www.cee.kerala.gov.in"of  the CEE official website for KEAM 2018.So eligible candidates those who are interested may apply online only.To know more details regarding KEAM  2018 Registration,fee,Eligibility,Exam date,How to Apply ,Application form and other information given below.

Registration fee & Payment for KEAM 2018


Candidate should pay towards application fee for KEAM 2018 through security card / DD in nationalized banks in favor of CEE (Commisioner of  Entrance Examination) Kerala payable at Thiruvanthapuram.
  • General candidates should pay Rs.1000/-
  •  SC Candidates should pay Rs.500/-
  • ST Candidates are exampted

Eligibility Criteria for KEAM 2018


The following eligbility Criteria to appear the KEAM entrance exam.

Candidate must be Indian nationality/PIO/OCI/Keralite & Non Kerallite

Age limit

Candidate should be minimumof 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

There is no upper age limit.

Academic Eligbility

For Engineering Courses (B.E/ B. Tech):

Candidate should have passed 12th Std or an Equivalent has to get minimum 50% in Mathematics and 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics together.

How to Apply


Before going to apply candidate must know the instructions carefully by visiting the official website i.e www.cee.kerala.gov.in.Eligible candidate should be apply online only ,there is no other mode to apply.



Here we are providing to complete the application form submission through the online.

1.Goto official website and get registration

2.Registered with candidate personal information like Email ID,Mobile no. etc.

3.After registration, candidate will receive user Application No. & password.

4.Log in with application no & password Then proceed to fill "KEAM Application form 2018" with candidate correct details such as Name,education,Courses,Date of birth,Exam center,Address etc.

5.Upload scanned color Photo, Signature & left thumb impression  in JPEG format.

6.Finally pay the Application fee (Rs.1000/-) by Security card or Demand Draft.

Take printout of the Application and send to CEE along with supporting documents.

Admit Card


The KEAM AdmitCard will be available in the 1st week of March 2018 .So candidates have to download the hall ticket through online only.The examination authority will not send the the admit card by post.The examination will not be sent by post.

Admission Process


The admission will be based on candidate performance in entrance examination.The qualified candidate will be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of 50:50 score obtained in KEAM 2018 and qualifying examination.After announcement of results,then will be called for counselling.

Result


KEAM Result will be announced  in the 3rd week of May 2018 through online.Candidate may get the result by enter the hall ticket number on official website.The result shows the candidate Name,marks,rank,roll number,exam center and other information.Candidate must take the print of the result for future reference.

Counselling


The KEAM Counselling will be began in 1st week of June 2018.The counselling and seat allotment  is completely online through Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) in single window.So candidate must register for online after counselling information updated on official website.After that candidate will be called for certificate verification and exercising the web options.Candidates should register options only to those courses/colleges which they are sure to join on allotment. If the candidate fails to remit fee/join the college, he/she will not be eligible for any further allotment in any stream.

KEAM Exam Pattern 2018


1.The KEAM 2018 Exam will be conducted in offline .

2. Exam will be conducted in 120 Objective MCQ type questions in each section.

3.Each question carrying 4 Marks and 1 Mark will be deducted for wrong answers.

Therefore the candidates are advised not to attempt an answer, if they are not sure of the correct response, because mere guessing may lead to choice of wrong answers, with the consequent penalty of negative marks. However, the candidates who fail to answer at least one question in each paper will be disqualified.

Qualifying Marks for KEAM 2018


 To qualify in the Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to figure in the rank list for Engineering /Medical/Ayurveda, a candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II of the concerned Entrance Examination. The candidates who do not score the minimum stipulated marks will not find a place in the rank list. 

Exemption: For SC/ST candidates there is no requirement of minimum marks in the Entrance Examination except for MBBS/BDS courses. However, the candidates who fail to answer at least one question in each paper will be disqualified.
